HOW TO BID

How To Bid:
1. You must be a resident of the state ofTexas & be at least 18 years of age.

2. You must be a registered user with this websiter.

3. Research the items that you are interested in.

4. Bid on the items you are interested in. Serious bids only.

5. When the auction closes, the high bidder will be notified via email & receive payment instructions. The high bidder must visit www.ATXbid.com after the auction closes to purchase the item.

6. The high bidder will need to provide photo ID to Clear Channel Austin Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm to receive a certificate/voucher valid toward the item.

Certificates/Vouchers may be picked up by someone other than the actual bidder, providing that the person picking up the item can provide photo ID of the person who was the high bidder.

7. The high bidder will then take the certificate/voucher received at Clear Channel Austin to the client location and exchange the certificate/voucher for the item purchased.

Your bid is a contract...Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller.

Bidding and Buying:
As a buyer, you are obligated to complete the transaction with Clear Channel Austin. If you are the highest bidder at the end of an auction (meeting the applicable minimum bid) and your bid is accepted by Clear Channel Austin. By bidding on an item you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation of this Agreement or unlawful. Unless you and Clear Channel Austin decide otherwise, you will become the item's lawful owner upon physical receipt of a voucher or item from Clear Channel Austin. Bids are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances, such as: when Clear Channel Austin materially changes the item's description after you bid; a clear typographical error is made. If you choose to bid on mature audience items or items that are restricted to adult use, you are certifying that you have the legal right to purchase such items.
